An hourly rate rewards delays and leaves families wondering where the total will land. For Lennox Head homes, we use a simpler comparison: show us what is leaving, see the complete quote, then decide whether the job goes ahead.
The onsite look is free. We measure the volume, check stairs or side access, and confirm a firm price before lifting. The agreed amount covers the crew loading the listed items, taking them away and paying the normal disposal charges.
What are you making room for?
Before we visit
Keep paint, batteries, gas bottles and unknown liquids apart from general household junk. Tell us about internal stairs, narrow coastal blocks or basement clearance. You do not need to drag everything to the kerb. We just need a clear view of what is included.
Absolutely. Walk us through the house, garage and yard in one visit. We combine the selected items into a truck-space estimate and explain the full scope before you accept.
New material means a new scope. Give us a shout before the pickup or show us onsite. We will revise the figure openly rather than loading surprise extras and arguing at the end.
